Version 1.0 — Last updated: April 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using R.A.I.D.E.N (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer” or “you”) and the operator of R.A.I.D.E.N (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
2. Description of Service
R.A.I.D.E.N is a Microsoft 365 threat detection and investigation platform. The Service ingests Microsoft 365 audit logs, runs detection rules, creates security cases, and generates structured investigation reports for the purpose of identifying and investigating potential security threats within your organisation’s Microsoft 365 environment.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Use the Service to process data of individuals without appropriate legal basis under applicable data protection law
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our express written consent (except as permitted under an MSSP agreement)
4. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of R.A.I.D.E.N and its licensors. You retain all rights to your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided as a security monitoring aid. It does not guarantee detection of all security threats. You remain responsible for your organisation’s security posture and incident response.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request deletion of your data within 30 days of account closure in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the version date above and, where appropriate, by notifying you via email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
